Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia (VA) Physical Therapy license required prior to start. If not currently licensed in VA, provide current license status and plans for VA licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience with outpatient physical therapy recommended. Neuro and vestibular experience preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and Cedaron electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient setting experience preferred.
• Neuro and vestibular clinical experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:45 PM (9.25 hours daily).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend requirements: None.
• On-call requirements: None.
• Electronic medical records: EPIC and Cedaron.
