Personal Lines Client Manager
Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships? M3 is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Client Manager to support our Personal Lines sales team in servicing accounts, writing new business, and retaining existing accounts.
As a Personal Lines Client Manager, you will leverage your insurance knowledge and professional communication skills to assist clients, maintain relationships, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Client Executive and other M3 staff to achieve this.
Lead service on assigned book(s) of business by organizing internal resources as appropriate.
Provide client service for assigned book of business, including responding to customer inquiries about policies, coverages, claims, and billing.
Work with Client Executive(s) and underwriters on new business and renewals.
Assist in cross-selling by offering additional coverages to clients and referring clients to other lines of business.
Maintain positive relationships with Client Executives, other agency staff, clients, and carriers.
Minimum of four years of property and casualty insurance agency or company experience OR education in commercial insurance desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Property and Casualty License or ability to obtain within 120 days.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Valid Drivers License.
