Assembly Technician

Join a team where you'll assemble and test electrical assemblies and harnesses while working with a variety of tools and equipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, electrical, manufacturing, or hands-on mechanical experience who enjoy detailed work and learning new skills.

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Operate assembly tools, crimpers, cutters, and testing equipment
• Support multiple production areas as needed
• Follow quality and safety standards

• Assembly, manufacturing, production, or electrical experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or work instructions
• Experience with soldering or electrical work is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Red Wing,MN.
