Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems and procedures related to student records administration in accordance with government and management directives. Essential Functions Process student payroll to include requests for pay advances and separation monies, replacements keys, restitution, uncollected pay, and childcare allotments. Maintain spreadsheets for payroll deductions. Process input list, extensions and transfers. Process data corrections and maintain data correction log. Assist in auditing active student files and process student IDs. Education And Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of clerical, administrative or related experience, including excel spreadsheet and computer data entry experience. Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
