Job Description
The Heritage Inn is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Medication Aide to join our care team. This role ensures residents receive medications safely, accurately, and with the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications according to state guidelines and facility policies
Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report to nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living tasks as needed
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
