Qualified candidates shall possess 10 to 15 years of experience in the industry and a track record for delivering complex projects without delays and emphasis on delighting the customer. Proven ability to implement and maintain full control of all field matters while enforcing safety, adherence to schedule and maintaining quality expectations on site. The following experience and skill set are preferred: Strong commitment to promoting safety including certifications comparable to OSHA 30. Ability to be a leader and a mentor as part of diverse team. Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of construction principles and ambition to succeed/advance. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Practitioner of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience with scheduling methodologies and software. Experience managing financial impacts on site. Ability to interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings. Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, an engineering discipline or engineering technology. **The base salary range for this position represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above.
