\nCompensation: $36/Hr - $45/Hr, Permanent Position
\n \nPosition Overview
\nWe are seeking a skilled Controls, Automation & Electrical Technician to join our manufacturing maintenance team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial automation and electrical systems that support high-speed manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics, and industrial controls, along with a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment. \n
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, wiring, sensors, motors, instrumentation, and control devices. \n
- Support equipment installations, automation upgrades, commissioning, and process improvement initiatives. \n
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. \n
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. \n
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA requirements where applicable. \n
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work order records. \n
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve system performance. \n
Qualifications
\nRequired:
\n- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical maintenance, or controls. \n
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and programming Allen-Bradley PLCs . \n
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, motion control, and electrical schematics. \n
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety. \n
