Job Description & Requirements

Travel Emergency Room RN

Unit: 15-Bed Emergency Department

Must Have:

• 2+ years recent ER experience
• Indiana or Compact RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC (AHA where applicable)

Responsibilities:

• ED triage and prioritization
• ACLS/PALS emergency interventions
• Care for patients of all ages

Unit Details:

• Ratio: 1:4
• EMR: Cerner
• Equipment includes cardiac monitors and emergency life-support equipment

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend & holiday rotation
• No floating

Orientation:

• Parkview orientation + Cerner training
• 8 non-billable orientation hours

Additional Notes:

• Local travelers accepted (12% reduced rate within 50 miles)
• Facility may cancel up to 24 hours per 13-week contract
• Scrubs: Caribbean Blue
