Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an Inside Sales Support Coordinator to serve as an important link between customers, technical analysts, and Regional Technical Sales Associates. This position will help ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial sale through equipment demonstrations, training, technical services, and ongoing support.

The Inside Sales Support Coordinator will manage customer communication, coordinate service and training schedules, prepare quotes, follow up on sales opportunities, and maintain accurate information within the CRM.

The ideal Inside Sales Support Coordinator is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with customers while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule analysis services, field start trainings, equipment demonstrations, and customer training
• Manage schedules, correspondence, reports, and customer information using Microsoft Office and other software platforms
• Coordinate customer communication, scheduling, and follow-up to keep requests and sales opportunities moving efficiently
• Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing customers
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations
• Prepare and issue customer quotes
• Maintain regular customer communication to support satisfaction and address inquiries
• Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for customers
• Resolve customer questions when appropriate or route requests to the correct internal team member
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM
• Track and follow up with leads generated through referrals, trade shows, cold calls, and other sources
• Work with technical analysts and Regional Technical Sales Associates to coordinate customer needs and follow-up activities

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests, schedules, and priorities
• Ability to adapt within an evolving work environment
• Self-motivated and resourceful approach to work
• Outgoing and personable communication style
• Comfortable communicating directly with potential and existing customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
