Job Posting Title: Packing Specialist


Schedule:
1st Shift - Pay: $17.31/hour.
Monday - 9:00am-6:30pm
Tuesday - Friday 10am-7:30pm
Saturday - 12:00pm-8:30pm

2nd Shift - Pay: $17.31/hr. + .75 shift Differential

Monday - 1:00pm-11:30pm

Tuesday - Friday 2pm-11pm

Saturday - 12:00am-8:30pm

Job Duties / Requirements

• Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customer in a fast-paced semi-automated production environment.
• Ability to pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and McKesson supported hardware and software.
• Able to read computer generated screens, select correct items for packing or sorting
• Also responsible for housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.
• May require mandatory overtime based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience is a plus
• Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line.
• Able to consistently carry 20 - 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor.
• Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
