Blue Bayou Waterpark is hiring friendly and motivated individuals to join our Crew Member team for the summer season! We have a variety of exciting roles available in different departments, and we can't wait for you to shine in your position! All of our Crew Members are expected to follow our ANCHORs:

- Slide attendant $10.00/hr.
- Shallow Water Lifeguard - $10.50/hr. (limited positions available)
- Special Facilities Lifeguard - $11/hr. or more based on experience and

- Lifeguards 18+ - starting pay rate of $12
- Plus, add an End-of-Season bonus of $1 per hour for each hour worked, if you stay on until the end of the season!
