Job Duties: Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Accurately document caller information, requests, and service needs in the system Prioritize and dispatch calls to the appropriate department or team member based on urgency and protocols Monitor call statuses and provide timely updates to ensure resolution of client or customer needs Handle basic inquiries and provide information as needed Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures Report recurring issues or service delays to management for resolution Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
