Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability activities across solar tracker products, advancing NPI and sustaining engineering.
You will drive reliability strategy, modeling, testing, and field data analysis to reduce failure risk and lifecycle costs. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management to improve durability, safety, and product robustness in demanding outdoor environments.
