Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our clients in the medical facility. Job Title - Physical Therapist Job Type - Contract Location - Kingwood, WV, and surrounding counties Shift - Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 40 hrs / week (arrive by 7:45) Pay - $54 - $56 / hr on W2 Job Summary - We are seeking a skilled and reliable Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on performing high-volume blood draws in a clinical setting while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accurate specimen collection. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in home health and hospice settings Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care Deliver treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain functional independence Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and care plans Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care Travel within assigned coverage area to patient homes Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license - West Virginia Home health experience (required) Strong clinical and patient care skills Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Preferred Experience Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Benefits Pride-Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
