Electro‑Mechanical Technicians | Aurora, CO

Apply your electrical, mechanical, and automation experience in a growing, innovation‑driven operation. You’ll troubleshoot sophisticated equipment, support custom machine builds, and contribute to continuous improvement in a clean, precision‑focused facility.

Pay: $28.00–$36.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Review production requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with build schedules
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed root‑cause analysis
• Build and retrofit automated machinery, including executing change orders
• Apply PLC knowledge to enhance equipment performance, upgrades, and modifications
• Use CAD and electrical schematics to support design and troubleshooting
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive successful project execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience with industrial or automated equipment
• Power up and debugging experience
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation
• Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job, but prior experience is beneficial
• Experience in automation, packaging, or custom equipment environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electro‑mechanical systems is a strong advantage

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
