Blood Bank Medical Laboratory Technologist
A leading regional healthcare system is seeking an experienced Blood Bank Medical Laboratory Technologist to join its transfusion services team. Responsibilities:
- Perform blood bank and transfusion service testing procedures
- Conduct blood typing, antibody screening, crossmatching, and compatibility testing
- Prepare and issue blood products safely and accurately
- Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve testing discrepancies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory teams to support patient care
