Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatry/Behavioral and Mental Health

Orientation: Weekly, on Mondays

Required Certifications

• BLS
• Handle With Care (HWC)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Must have skills in COWS, CIWAs, and response to Code Blues and emergency situations
• Experience with admissions, discharges, and shift assessments
• Proficiency in emergency and regular medication administration
• Skills in de-escalation
• Experience with EHR systems (HCS, Pxyis, and paper documentation)

• Number of Beds: 72
• Patient Ratios: 1:4-6

Education Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• CPR certification

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Shirts underneath or scrub coat must be worn
