Mitchell Distributing is hiring Route Assistants to support Service Representatives with product delivery, merchandising, and customer service at retail accounts. This is a hands-on, physically active position for individuals who enjoy teamwork, staying active, and working with customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist with delivering products accurately and efficiently to retail customers.
• Face and organize products and maintain neat backroom storage areas.
• Help build and maintain product displays and place approved POS materials.
• Assist with promotions and merchandising programs.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Monitor inventory and report product, route, or account concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and work area.
• Complete delivery paperwork, route logs, and required documentation.
• Make accurate daily bank deposits for route collections.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
• Represent Mitchell Distributing and Anheuser-Busch professionally.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Delivery or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.

Schedule

Tuesday-Friday | Routes begin at approximately 5:00 a.m. | Home daily

Physical Requirements

Route Assistants routinely:

• Lift and carry products up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull carts weighing over 100 lbs.
• Walk, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Enter and exit commercial trucks and retail locations.
• Work in varying weather conditions and environments.
