Captain / Lead Server

Brasero

We're looking for an experienced server to join our team at Brasero! Brasero is a South American inspired, open flame restaurant located in West Town. We are the second location of Hey Che Hospitality, a chef-driven restaurant group headed by Chef John Manion. Our sister restaurant, El Che, just celebrated it's 10th anniversary in the West Loop.

We're looking for someone who can step into the established floor team with confidence, charisma, and a calm attitude. The ideal server has experience with hospitality, can provide an excellent experience for our guests, a sense of urgency, the ability to handle busy service with a good attitude, and can think quick on their feet to overcome any issues that may arise over the course of a normal dinner service. A strong background in food and wine, and an interest in continuing to learn, is a must. If you think this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
