Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, filter changes, inspections, and replacement of worn parts.
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs under the direction of experienced maintenance personnel.
• Support general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, painting, drywall, and other repairs.
• Assist with installing, assembling, and relocating machinery and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
• Millwright experience or vocational training/certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
