Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00-07:00 (Nights)

Job Description: The Respiratory Therapist will provide essential care for patients requiring respiratory support in a clinical setting. The therapist will work with neonates through adults and perform various procedures related to respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Ventilator Set-up for patients of all age groups
• High Flow Oxygen therapy in the NICU
• Administer Nebulizer Treatments
• Deliver Nitric Oxide and Flolan Therapy
• Utilize BiPAP and Bubble CPAP devices
• Perform EKGs as required
• Cover all units as needed in the facility

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be a licensed CRT or RRT
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience in ER/CCU, NICU, and Level 2 EKG
