Job TitleWe have competitive pay! You will start at $12.00 an hour!Receive an additional $1.50 hourly for perfect attendance!Free meals while working!We also have discounted meals with Qdoba employee discount policy!Growth-Oriented and financially stable company with a tenured management team!Flexibility with scheduling!Prepare food according to Qdoba standards, while using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.Restock the front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours!Adhere to all food safety standards and practicesMonitor the quality of products and food and take appropriate action to maintain that qualityRecognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for everyone!Strive to exceed the expectations of all guestsWill be a brand ambassador for QDOBA!Shall perform other tasks as directed by managementMinimum Age Requirement - 16+ yearsMust be able to lift and carry up to 25lbsAbility to communicate in English requiredFundamental reading, writing, math and computer skills neededMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes will extend beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.Will need to be able to work and be available weekends, evenings and Holidays.8 hour shiftEmployee discount
