Providing Services In Boone County schools Witham Pediatrics Witham Pain Management Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center Boone County Jail And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort We’re currently seeking two (2) Master’s-level Therapists/Counselors to join our outpatient team in either our Crawfordsville or Thorntown office. We strongly prefer candidates who are license-eligible (with a temporary permit) or fully licensed as: LCAC-A, LMHC-A, LSW-A, LAC (associate/temporary levels) LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, LSW (full licenses) …with experience in social work, mental health, and/or addictions .
