Phlebotomist - 2nd shift

Work Schedule Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm with every 3rd Saturday. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications Current or previous Labcorp experience. 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay Range USD20.00 - 27.00 per hour. All job offers are based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, and internal equity and market data.
