Stand-up forklift

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach Truck / Order Picker) to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will maneuver stand-up forklifts through high-bay, narrow-aisle storage environments to safely move, rack, retrieve, and stage heavy flooring materials and pallets.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Driving & Material Handling: Safely operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks / stand-up counterbalances) to transport pallets, cartons, and bundled flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
• High-Reach Racking: Elevate, stack, and retrieve inventory from upper racking levels with high precision and spatial awareness.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload inbound/outbound freight trucks, verify shipment counts, and check materials for damage.
• Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track put-aways, picks, and stock movements accurately.
• Order Staging: Retrieve customer orders and stage products for delivery routes or customer pick-ups.
• Equipment Inspections & Safety: Conduct required pre-shift equipment checks, adhere to OSHA regulations, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

The essential functions of this role include:

• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
