About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional Principal Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Engineer/ Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions across our enterprise. This high‑impact, visible role will streamline revenue operations, improve sales effectiveness, and enable scalable business growth. Responsibilities Provide design input across a product. Act as a go‑to person on coding and technical issues for internal and external contacts. Interface with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements. Complete complex bug fixes and resolve technical issues. Design and work with complex data models. Mentor lead software developers interested in consultancy, development methodologies, and optimization techniques. Requirements BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years Salesforce experience, specifically with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM). Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate effectively. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and Salesforce configuration. Proven solution architecture skills across order‑to‑cash and quote‑to‑revenue processes. Experience with DevOps/CI‑CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket). Strong experience with ERP, billing, and fulfillment system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Exceptional understanding of data modeling principles, data manipulation languages, and storage systems. Experience partnering with and leading internal and external technology resources to solve business needs. Excellent knowledge of test‑driven development and maintenance. Great problem‑solving skills and ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Application Architect Salesforce System Architect Compensation U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300.
