Overview
Radiology Technologist - Multimodality, Templeton, California. Start date 09/21/2026. Duration 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,910–$3,011 per week. Guaranteed hours 40 per week. Shift: night shift with on-call responsibilities (8:30 PM–4:00 AM; on-call 2–4 nights per week). Travel assignment in a short-term acute care imaging department.

Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment; perform imaging studies across at least three modalities regularly
- Safely position and transport patients, including gurney and wheelchair transfers; assist with contrast administration as needed
- Prepare and manage contrast agents; monitor patients for adverse reactions during procedures
- Ensure equipment readiness, perform basic quality checks, and test safety systems (defibrillator, crash cart) as required
- Capture mobile imaging when needed and document findings in the electronic health record (EPIC or equivalent)
- Contribute to departmental objectives and maintain high standards of efficiency, patient safety, and image quality

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; Master’s Degree preferred
- Current California Radiologic Technologist (RT) license required
- ARRT certification required (Radiography); ARRT-CT or ARRT-M or ARRT-MRI or ARRT-NMT or equivalent modality certifications required
- Current certification in one advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET) required; ability to perform duties in at least one additional modality required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor required
- EPIC experience preferred or required by site; able to document imaging studies in the EMR
- Minimum three years’ technical radiology experience preferred; ability to work night shift and on-call schedule
