Fairgrove Property Management seeks an Onsite Manager to oversee a 48-unit residential community in Southern California. The role covers leasing, resident services, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and overall property operations. This part-time position (25-30 hours per week) includes on-site residency in a discounted 3-bedroom apartment.
