We are unique because we own all of our inventory outright, which empowers us to facilitate deals that others can't. As the bank, we offer in-house financing and no-credit-check options to our customers, making car ownership accessible to a broader audience. Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individual to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Holmes Motors in Douglasville, GA, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers. Social Media is a major REQUIREMENT of this job. Sales experience is a plus, it does not have to be in the automotive industry. Job training is required. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process. Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory. Create daily/weekly SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. (short videos, pictures) Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including NO-credit-check deals. Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals. Work Schedule & Benefits Full Time position Work Schedule - 5 days per week (Closed Sunday's) 2 days off during the week Guaranteed base pay plus commission. Strong presence on social media platforms, willing to be on camera/photos/videos. (NON NEGOTIABLE) Create your own social media content. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
