St. Rose Convent is home to the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and the Mary of the Angels Chapel. We are seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our wellness team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse. Requirements Current LPN license Ability for weekend rotation and holiday rotation Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices. a passion for fostering the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of others, a love of working with seniors, a commitment to person-directed care (or as we call it--relationship-centered care!) Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Would prefer 1-2 years of experience in field. In this role, you may: Provides on-going evaluation of health status including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual status. Provides routine nursing care and care in collaboration with medical providers Identify with and display a commitment to the mission, philosophy, and the core values of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. Communicates with other members of the Wellness team verbally and through the use of the Electronic Charting System.
