Corporate Project Manager

Strategic Project Management & ExecutionLead and manage multiple corporate projects and cross-functional initiatives from initial planning through implementation and completion.Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.Establish consistent project management processes to ensure effective execution and accountability.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain established timelines.Coordinate project activities across Corporate departments and operating divisions to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.Evaluate project outcomes to ensure initiatives achieve intended objectives and deliver measurable business value.Business Analysis & Financial PlanningDevelop business cases to evaluate proposed initiatives, including financial considerations, operational impact, and expected organizational benefits.Conduct financial, operational, and comparative analyses to support project recommendations and strategic decision-making.Evaluate project resource requirements and identify potential operational or financial constraints.Assess alternative solutions and recommend approaches that support organizational efficiency and long-term business objectives.Track project performance against established plans, milestones, and expected outcomes.Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Corporate leadership, division management, and functional departments to identify project requirements and establish priorities.Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to encourage collaboration and support successful project implementation.Facilitate meetings to communicate project objectives, progress, challenges, and required actions.Identify stakeholder concerns and coordinate solutions to maintain project alignment and organizational support.Project Reporting & Executive CommunicationDevelop and deliver executive-level presentations outlining project proposals, implementation plans, progress, and outcomes.Prepare project status reports, milestone updates, and performance summaries for Corporate leadership.Monitor planned versus actual project performance and communicate significant variances.Identify project risks, operational challenges, and resource limitations, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation plans, and supporting records.Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project deliverables, timelines, and organizational impact.System, Process Improvement & Organizational SupportDevelop and maintain working knowledge of company systems, including VIP Beverage System, iDig, General Ledger systems, Nexus, Google Workspace, and other business applications.Support initiatives involving business systems, operational processes, and technology improvements.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the beverage distribution business model, including Accounting, Finance, Warehouse Operations, Delivery, and Sales.Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination.Assist with implementing standardized procedures and operational improvements across company divisions.Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating implementation activities and communicating process updates.Provide professional and responsive support to employees, management, and other stakeholders through Sheehan Family Companies.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsBehaviorsPreferredInnovativeConsistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking.Detail OrientedCapable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.Team PlayerWorks well as a member of a group.MotivationsPreferredAbility to Make an ImpactInspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.Self-StarterInspired to perform without outside help.FlexibilityInspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.EducationRequiredBachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
