Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

Join Our Team at The SpOT Clinic!We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our newest Daphne/Eastern Shore clinic. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring efficient daily operations.Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm (closed from 12-1 pm for lunch)What You'll Do:As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you'll be responsible for managing all front office duties, including but not limited to:Greeting patients warmly and professionallyManaging patient check-in and check-out processesScheduling and rescheduling appointments for evaluations and ongoing treatmentAnswering and directing multi-line phone callsCollecting co-pays and patient balancesRunning insurance eligibility and verification through our EMR system as neededSupporting the clinical team by maintaining positive and professional relationships with staff and familiesOverseeing general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionWhat We're Looking For:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesPrior experience in a medical or therapy clinic setting preferredFamiliarity with EMR systems and insurance verification a plusPositive, team-oriented attitude and a heart for helping othersWhat We Offer:Partially company-paid medical insurance (BCBS)Supplemental insurance (dental, vision, accident, life, disability, critical illness)Flexible Spending Account401K with employer matchApproximately 2 weeks of PTO and 1 week of UTO per yearUp to 64 holiday hours per year~1 week holiday closure between Christmas and New YearsBonus opportunities based on bi-weekly reschedules and schedule statsUniform AllowanceAnd More!If you're passionate about supporting children and families in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we'd love to meet you!Apply today and join a team that's making a difference—one child, one family at a time.
