\nNorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with Client to recruit an experienced Interventional Pain Physician for an established outpatient practice.\n

\nThis opportunity is designed for a physician who enjoys combining clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and compassionate patient care within an experienced clinical environment.\n
\n
\nWith an established patient population and referral network already in place, the incoming physician can focus on delivering high-quality care rather than building a patient panel from the ground up.\n
\n
\nThe Opportunity:\n
\nFull-time, Monday through Friday schedule.\n
\nEstablished outpatient pain management practice.\n
\nApproximately 25–30 patients per day.\n
\nBalanced mix of new patient evaluations, follow-up care, and interventional procedures.\n
\nEstablished referral network and patient population.\n
\nCollaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff.\n
\nActive procedural practice supported by existing clinical infrastructure.\n
\nBase compensation plus a productivity component based on the selected location's compensation plan.\n
\nExact hours, call expectations, staffing model, procedural resources, and other practice-specific details will be reviewed for the selected location.\n
