Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and offers paid training to help you start your career in ABA therapy. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to become a Behavior Technician (BT) and grow in the field.

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Behavior Technician hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)
Full-time Behavior Technician position: 40 hours per week
Flexible Behavior Technician schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
No experience required to become a Behavior Technician (BT)
Willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills for Behavior Technicians
