Located near vibrant Ypsilanti, MI, this onsite role engages you with a meaningful caseload spanning preschool through high school, with the majority of your work focused on elementary students. This includes service in both cross-categorical classrooms and general education settings for students on IEPs, as well as support in two ASD elementary classrooms.

Ideal candidates should bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, school-based SLP experience, and comfort working in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings. Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience with pediatric and school-based SLP caseloads
• Demonstrated success managing elementary-aged students with a range of abilities, including ASD
• Understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy, assessment, and intervention for students across multiple grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor student-centered IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in eligibility meetings and data-driven decision-making
