Baker - Part Time

What you’ll do Follow recipes and/or product directions to prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc. Place products into correctly prepared pans. Regulate drafts and temperatures of ovens. Place items in ovens. Remove baked items from ovens and apply appropriate toppings. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment as needed. Attend all allergy and foodborne illness in‑service training. Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. Participate in regular safety meetings, training and hazard assessments. Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures. Attend training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it. Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to be on your feet for long periods. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. At least 21 years of age. Desire to exceed expectations.
