When you start at 1915 South, you are beginning your new career Important Position Details: Position is based out of Pensacola, Florida. Requires travel to stores in the Gulf Coast area within a two-hour drive as needed. Must be willing to relocate to one of these stores when a Store Manager position becomes available. Job Duties Builds sales solutions that engage the customer and drive profitability Directly supervises, trains, develops and retains sales associates Celebrates and recognizes successful moments every day Builds a diverse pipeline of talent for future opportunities Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years in Retail Sales Management Must take the initiative, be self-directed, and use time management Ability to process information quickly and efficiently Strong communication and effective leadership skills A warm and friendly personality Professional appearance Ability to achieve goals and exceed expectations Fashion and style oriented Detailed with strong follow-up and follow-through skills Basic computer knowledge is required Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment Mandatory weekends: Saturday and Sunday, plus all holidays Other notes: Drug test and background check required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
