Location: Richmond Hill, Queens & New Hyde Park, Long Island, NY Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $130,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a 100% outpatient pain management practice serving patients across two clinical locations in Richmond Hill (Queens) and New Hyde Park (Long Island). This position offers the opportunity to work in a specialized pain management environment with a high patient volume of approximately 35–40 patients per day. The PA will perform a variety of pain management procedures and will have the opportunity to practice independently following a comprehensive 6-month onboarding and training period. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients in a high-volume outpatient pain management setting. Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, and cortisone injections. Provide comprehensive patient care and follow-up. Work across the Richmond Hill and New Hyde Park clinical locations. Develop strong clinical skills during the initial 6-month onboarding and training period. Progress toward independent practice within the scope of the role following successful completion of training.
