Job Description The Associate Merchandiser for the Miles Hard Goods Division plays a key role in supporting customer relationships and driving the product lifecycle from order placement through delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers, and contribute to the overall success of the division through strong execution and service. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day merchandising operations, including order entry, tracking, and communication with customers and overseas teams. Maintain accurate and timely records of purchase orders, production schedules, and customer requirements. Partner with the Miles team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in line with quality and compliance standards. Manage artwork timelines and coordinate commercial packaging requirements with overseas offices and customers. Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing forms, and supporting the tender process. Coordinate the distribution, approval, and tracking of product samples between factories and customers. Provide consistent, high-level customer service and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sales support, or a related customer-facing role. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset. Ability to travel domestically and internationally 1–3 times per year, as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Compensation/Benefits: The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour.
