In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services designed to enhance residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life while maintaining a flexible schedule. What You’ll Do: Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and function. What You’ll Bring: Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
