Senior Proposal Coordinator – Denver, CO or Henderson, NV AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Denver, CO or Henderson, NV office. Why Join Us? Responsibilities Follow AtkinsRéalis (North America) proposal development process and tools. Prepare the Proposal Management Plan that includes schedule, budget, and compliance matrix. Lead storyboard and text development, management reviews, and proposal production. Manage pursuit schedule and budget. Assemble appropriate resources for the pursuit team. Coordinate with authors, section and volume leaders, subject‑matter experts, proposal writers, and other support personnel to successfully develop the pursuit. Perform research and interview staff to help write/translate complex concepts into a narrative that can be understood by non‑technical readers. Lead multi‑color strategic reviews and IQR. Prepare the Presentation Management Plan that includes schedule, budget, outline, and presentation logistics. Lead storyboard and presentation development and practice sessions. Lead internal lessons‑learned debrief. Attend and ensure project manager conducts a client debrief. Perform proposals closeouts. Collaborate with peers and the wider proposal team to develop in‑role and improve. May perform other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
