Service Client Manager

Job Description:

Location: 100 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Type: Draw + Commission

Pay Range: $55,000 - $120,000 per year

Working hand-in-hand with the Service Drive Buyer to give every service client a complete, informed sales experience. Building rapport with guests and owning the loyalty relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and mine prospective clients with upgrade potential,

• Proactively loop in the Service Drive Buyer when lease maturity, positive equity, or other upgrade potential is detected,

• Engage with the clients and build rapport,

• Offer applicable finance products to clients whose vehicles are coming out of warranty or factory maintenance,

• Complete the entire sales transaction from beginning to end,

• Follow-up and connect with clients periodically,

• Consistently engage every viable service drive lead,

• Maintain daily metrics and keep systems current and completed,

• Interact with all customers in an enthusiastic, professional, courteous manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

• Excellent communication skills are required

• Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities​

• Ability to follow a process and follow through on detailed transactions

• Able to work retail hours, including nights, Saturday’s, holidays

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
