The purpose of a server at Uptown Alley is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Menu Knowledge
- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment
- Servers should have prior experience working as servers in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including customer service techniques, order taking, and table service
- Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
