Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Attorney role based in Murrysville, PA. The Litigation Attorney will handle a range of civil disputes, including matters related to business law and estate-related conflicts, from case intake through resolution. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials. The role involves regular interaction with clients to assess case strategy, provide updates, and discuss settlement options. The attorney will collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, including civil procedure, evidence, and litigation practice.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing Motions in state and/or federal Courts.
• Confident ability to present argument and legal position to Court.
• Experience preparing for and conducting Depositions and participating in Trials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Prior litigation experience in business disputes, estate-related matters, or general civil litigation is preferred.
