Assistant Service Manager

Assistant Service Manager

Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a well spoken individual to assist the Service Manager with daily administrative duties, acting as a customer service advocate and writing a small portion of RO's. This position is not a Service Advisor position. Managing and coaching others, leading by example and routinely training with the Service Advisors and Service Manager will be needed.

Income: 100K Annually (Base + Commission on Labor Gross Profit)

Requirements:

Minimal 3+ years experience as a service advisor OR 3+ years as a technician
CDJR experience is greatly preferred but not required
World class customer service skills
Excellent typing skills
Highly proficient computer literacy
Disciplined in following procedure without supervision
Detail oriented
Effective communication skills
Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly
Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores
Ability to work Saturday rotation

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM
Weekend availability 7:30AM-10:00AM every 4th Saturday

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pay
Commission pay

Experience:

Automotive industry: 3 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
