Soccer Shots is seeking an energetic, dependable Coaching & Program Coordinator to lead by example and support our coaches, families, and community partners in Essex and Union Counties, NJ. This full-time, hands-on role combines coaching, coach development, scheduling, program operations, and light sales, with opportunities to grow toward an Assistant Director position through performance.
