Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Specialist Location: Just Ingredients Fulfillment Center, 1410 W 1200 N St #4, Orem, UT 84057

Just Ingredients is looking to hire temporary warehouse specialists for our upcoming Black Friday Sale. This position will run from Tuesday, November 17th through Saturday, December 5th. This is a full time, Monday through Saturday work schedule, with opportunity for overtime. There are two shifts we are hiring for:

1. Day Shift from 6am-2:30pm
2. Swing Shift from 3pm-11:30pm

Training Dates:

1. Day Shift: Tuesday, November 17th from 7:30am-4pm
2. Swing Shift: Wednesday, November 18th from 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rates:

1. Day Shift: $16.50 per hour
2. Swing Shift: $17.50 per hour

The Temporary Warehouse Specialist assists in picking, packing, sorting, or shipping orders to customers while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position requires teamwork and organization to ensure the smooth flow of materials and maintain accuracy in inventory, contributing to the efficiency of on-time delivery for all Just Ingredients products. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders based on orders printed prior to the shift
• Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers
• Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking), when needed
• Break down boxes and keep the work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face
• Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others
• Perform other tasks, as needed or requested

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time.
• Ability to bend, reach, and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, and dusty at times).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
• Able to adapt to change on the fly.
• Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred.
• Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
