As an Experienced Immigration Attorney , you’ll provide exceptional legal representation while empowering immigrant families and making a meaningful impact . We’re looking for an attorney with 5+ years of immigration law experience , strong legal writing and advocacy skills, and a passion for client service.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective representation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal plans that align with their immigration goals and needs.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and other legal forums with confidence and clarity.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including petitions, applications, and briefs, with precision and attention to detail.
• Stay informed on the latest immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about immigration issues and services offered by the firm.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school & active U.S. bar license .
• Fluent English & Spanish (required).
• 5+ years of immigration law experience .
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration law, USCIS, EOIR & case strategy .
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation & courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with exceptional client service.
