District Manager

We are seeking a District Manager to provide senior-level leadership across multiple retail service locations within an assigned operational district. This leader will be expected to proactively run their district like their own business, with full accountability for revenue growth, operational execution, financial performance, customer experience, and team development. The District Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent results across all locations they oversee. This role has full P&L responsibility and is accountable for achieving sales, service, quality, safety, staffing, and customer experience goals. A successful candidate will bring strong multi-location leadership experience, a proven ability to drive revenue and business performance, and a passion for developing people. This individual must be able to lead, train, and coach location management teams while building the next generation of strong leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience successfully leading operations in a multi-unit retail or service environment. This individual should be an effective people leader with a strong background in retail sales, customer satisfaction, operational execution, and performance management. A strong work ethic, high accountability, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results are essential. Key Priorities Proactively manage the district like an owner, using data, business insight, and strong field leadership to drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance. Lead, train, coach, and develop location management teams, with a focus on building strong future leaders. Apply proven multi-location management experience to ensure consistency, accountability, and high performance across all assigned locations. Roles and Responsibilities Provide effective leadership to multiple retail service locations, ensuring P&L achievement, revenue growth, strong customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and consistent performance results. Take ownership of district business performance by identifying opportunities, removing obstacles, and driving action plans that improve sales, profitability, and operational execution. Serve as the direct leader of location management teams, including staffing, recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management across all district locations. Develop current and future leaders through consistent coaching, feedback, training, and succession planning. Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs, supporting location managers in driving revenue, profitability, and customer retention. Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams across all locations. Conduct regular on-site audits and operational reviews to ensure compliance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Communicate regularly with location managers to review progress, address challenges, and implement performance action plans. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at every location. Maintain high standards for location cleanliness, organization, presentation, and inventory management. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and implement improvement plans for underperforming locations. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns promptly. Use reports and analytics to identify performance opportunities and present action plans to senior leadership. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, compliance, safety, leadership development, and operational excellence throughout the district. Experience and Education 7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail, service, or related operational leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth, performance goals, and operational efficiency. Strong experience managing multiple locations, including accountability for sales, staffing, operations, customer experience, and financial performance. Demonstrated ability to run a district, region, or territory with an owner mindset and a strong focus on revenue growth. Proven ability to lead, train, coach, and develop management teams across multiple locations. Experience building leadership capability and developing future leaders. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L performance.
