Crossroads is a family of professionals dedicated to providing the most accessible, highest quality, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to combat the growing opioid epidemic and helping people with opioid use disorder start their path to recovery. This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long-term recovery. Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient’s treatment needs. Designs and updates the patient’s treatment plan, including care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning. Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements. Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services. Facilitates urine drug screening for patients.***Position Benefits**** **Advancement opportunities.** Clear, climbable structure into Counselor levels (1, 2, 3) based on the certification or license held.* **Targeted caseload**. Caseloads follow state regulations and can range from 40-55 patients.* **Excellent training if you are new to our field**. We are able to offer necessary training/supervision to those in process of becoming fully certified or licensed.* **Opportunity to save lives every day!*****Qualified candidates will hold one or more of the following certifications/licenses:**** Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.* Must be licensed in the state of TN as LMSW Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.* No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.* Must have a valid driver's license.* If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.* **General experience working with underserved populations** in a clinical setting.* **Lived addiction experience** is a plus.***Schedule and Hours***Expected hours for this role are **37-40 hours per week**.* Monday: 9:00 am- 4:00 pm* Tuesday: 9:00 am- 3:00 pm* Wednesday: 9:00am- 4:00 pm* Thursday: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm* Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm***Benefits Package:**** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.* PTO* Variety of 401K options including a match program with no vesture period.* Annual Continuing Education Allowance (in related field)* Life Insurance* Short/Long Term Disability* Paid maternity/paternity leave* Mental Health Day* *Calm* subscription for all employees***Loan Forgiveness Program:***• Crossroads is a STAR (Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery) approved organization.
